By installing or using Quolink on a Shopify store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Quolink is a Shopify application that lets merchants create PR seeding campaigns, invite creators to claim free product samples, auto-generate $0 Shopify orders for fulfillment, and track creator content submissions.
Quolink is a tool. You, the merchant, are responsible for how you use it.
You, the merchant, are the data controller for the creator information collected through your campaigns. Quolink processes that data on your behalf. You are responsible for informing creators that you collect their data and providing them a way to request deletion.
Creators who claim gifts through Quolink may post content about your brand. You do not gain ownership of their content. Any rights to reuse their content must be agreed separately with the creator.
Quolink is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maximum liability: the total amount you have paid to Quolink in the previous 3 months.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, charges are processed through Shopify's Billing API. You can cancel anytime from inside the app or from your Shopify admin. No refunds for partial months.
When you uninstall Quolink, your store data is deleted within 30 days. Creator submissions are retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Quolink after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access to Quolink if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
